* Signing up for the Sky Blue FC open tryouts gives the organization permission to use any photos that are taken during the combine.  Health insurance information must be provided on the first day of the combine, or participants will be required to sign a waiver.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
• In order to be eligible to play in WPS in 2010, all prospective players must register with the league and make themselves eligible for the 2010 WPS Draft by January 12th, 2010.
